I really don't understand the high rating here. the maiskuchen was bad again, the ribs had a rough taste (although well cooked), the brisket was hard, the koleslaw was bad, the plucked wobble was bad. I paid $38 for one of the worst tasting meals I had. the barbeque sauce, which I asked to thank on the side, was decent, covered the numerous sins regarding the meat. When the taste was changed and the brisket was tenderly made, I would say the meat has real possibilities, but the sides skip.

Exceeded my expectations! Got the sliced brisket combo. The brisket was juicy and flavorful. But ribs were amazing! Very good BBQ sauce! Nice little find and location, at the small airport, where you can sit and eat your tasty BBQ under the wings of a plane see small planes take off.

Great place to give the HARLEY a rest and cool down. Really delicious food. Everything we have tied has been tasty and well prepared. Watch the skydivers while you eat. To quote Wayne's World We give it a Two Very Enthusiastic Thumbs Up!!
