I didn't know this place and didn't have time to check the reviews, so I did order the dishes you cannot go wrong with, the salad and margaritas pizza (usually I'm more about fine dinning dishes .My friend ordered a pizza and the new york strip steak. The salad's price was $17 and it was oversalted, had no vegetables in it other than lettuce, baby greens (no tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. , tree croutons, and cheese. It was inedible, like it was not washed while leaving a sandy texture on my teeth. I had to send it back, but they did try to charge us anyway. My friend had a bad experience also with his $48 steak. The steak was ok but when he was enjoying the mash potato, he had some hard, rocky textured object in it. He hurt his tooth and was afraid to finish his dinner. My drink, red sangria, was watery and with no fruits in it.We are easy going, happy diners most of the time and appreciate good food and hard working personnel, which usually indicate our high tips.At such beautiful, classy place like Crystal Springs, we would never think that we had to leave the restaurant hungry, and having such bad experience. We would not recommend this place to anyone and would never dine here again!!!!!
We had a fantastic dinner out on the patio. The food was delicious. Our waiter Tristen was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu items and had excellent recommendations. Our food came out at at reasonable pace, Tristen checked in frequently, and we were treated to a lovely view of the mountains at sunset.

Food was okay but my son got sick later on that night after eating their pasta with butter. Think it was too much butter. Also for some reason all the other tables got bread but ours didnt
We had a reservation and did not get seated until 30 minutes after our reservation. They said the table wouldn't get up and leave but I think that's their responsibility to make sure to seat a table close to their reservation time. When we did finally get seated we were told by the manager he was sorry and apologized they brought out some extra appetizers because of the inconvenience. The servers were nice, but it didn't seem like we got the best service. Almost 15 20 minutes went by with multiple people being out of water and finally having to flag down someone to point it out even though they had been to the table multiple times. We ordered drinks, appetizers and entrees at once since we were now running behind but we didn't get our entrees for over an hour after we ordered. The best dish complementary bread with the veggie spread so delicious! Everything else for our party was just okay. People said the pizza crust was chewy, the meat they got was dry and my pasta was just okay. I wish they had given me a different type of pasta like penne or angel hair rather than this really thick one. We had another reservation after dinner and had hoped we would have a little bit of time in between but because of them being late and slow to bring out everything we barely made it on time and had to flag someone over for the check. Disappointed by the service, the food and lack of vegan options available. Not worth the price!
