Contribuisci feedback4/3/24: at order was ALLOWED to purchase only 3 plain old fashioned donuts when in the past I did buy up to a dozen. The team member at the pick up window was argumentative and said 3 only was their policy. Please contact me regarding this incident. I will talk with corporate about this today.

This morning, the cashier was both rude and incompetent. They wouldn't sell me 5 Boston cream donuts for my 5 kids, citing a limited supply of 11 remaining, yet they still sold me four. It's aggravating when individuals create arbitrary rules to assert authority.
I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE THANKS TO THE MANAGER BOBBI.I stopped in to pick up coffee and breakfast, handed the cashier my coupon and my card I ordered exactly what the coupon outlined) and for some reason the cashier didn't apply it and give it back with my card. By the time I pulled away, I realized my coupon wasn't applied it was pretty busy).I ended up calling back, and Bobbi, the manager, was suppppppperrrr receptive, kind and amenable. The difference in what I was overcharged was $5, not a huge amount. Because of how Bobbi fixed the mistake, I will definitely be back. Shows that they care about their customers.Thank you, Bobbi!
So they lost my order I put through the app also confirming at drive thru window and told me there is nothing they can do I want my refund and have contacted the owner about
