The sandwiches at this restaurant are amazing. Although there was a small issue with my order missing cookies, overall they did a good job.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My order was wrong, the sandwich I received was incorrect, and the white milk I was given was expired and curdled, despite requesting chocolate milk. My boyfriend even found hair in his wrap. The employees appeared annoyed and indifferent towards us, and overall, we were left feeling unsatisfied. We had placed a pickup order and allowed 30 minutes for preparation, so there should have been ample time to make just one sandwich and one wrap correctly. I recommend visiting a different Subway location or trying a different restaurant altogether. The lackadaisical attitudes of the staff were evident, and it felt like they just wanted us to leave. Save your money and time by eating elsewhere.
I placed an online order for pickup at the counter and paid in advance. When I arrived, I found out that the restaurant was closed for remodeling, but there were still a few employees inside. I called the restaurant from the parking lot 10 minutes after my scheduled pickup time, only to find out that they had not even started preparing my order. It ended up taking over an hour to receive my 2 sandwiches.
The sandwich was delicious overall. It was a Baja Turkey sandwich with smashed avocado and a side of Chipotle sauce. My only issue was that there wasn't enough turkey - I only had one slice and had to search for it in the sandwich.
