I asked if they could accommodate my needs in a safe way, and they not only agreed but exceeded my expectations. They arranged a special birthday experience for my mother and her friends while I was able to pay over the phone. They went above and beyond to make my mother’s day truly special, as if I were there with her. They even mentioned the name of my mother's late mother, who passed away in 2021, to make her feel included. If you have family in the area and can’t be there in person but still want to celebrate, Tokyo is the place to go. I'm still in awe of what they did for us. A huge thank you to Tokyo and all the staff who made this possible!

This was easily the worst hibachi experience I’ve ever had. We were told we would have to wait 45 minutes, but ended up waiting over an hour. Once we were seated at our table, we were informed that the chef would be with us in 30 minutes. However, after 30 minutes, he still hadn’t arrived. We ended up waiting over an hour at the table, which was just ridiculous.

My brother had his own birthday cake, and we had a wonderful experience! It was our first time dining here, and we ended up coming back for takeout. The service was excellent.

So the reviews for this place are far too high. Must be locals who don't know better. The food was bland and the place looked like it needed a good cleaning. The bathrooms were rough. The restaurant had a strange smell. Google, you let me down on this one.

Althou they opened at 4:30pm it was really worth it. You get to watch for fresh food cooked right before your eyes. The cooks were talented and skilled as they did amazing tricks as they prepared our food.. That was my first time experiencing the grill and I won't be my last. So if you've never eaten there you may want to try it.. The food is good..
