Carvel - West New York

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the low level of customer service. The staff seemed unfriendly, especially when I asked a waitress to fix my ice, which had been improperly prepared. Additionally, they really struggled with soft serve and the chocolate dip. I can't recommend this place at all. Save your time and consider going somewhere else, like Milk Queen, for a better experience! The manager should focus on training the employees to manage customer service better; otherwise, the manager herself seems to be doing well.

The ice was great, but the hot smoked dishes weren’t actually hot, and the staff had a somewhat distant vibe.

I ordered a birthday ice cream cake along with a milkshake from Carvel for delivery.

This place I don’t recommend there was a junior 3.79 and it was 2 scoops and what they gave me was like only a tiny bit of ice cream and the lady was little that’s all and she had a bad vibe too I prefer Dunkin’ cause they give a lot of ice more then carvel DO not go.

Very good/delicious ice cream cake! Staff are nice and polite.
