P.f. Chang's West New York

I usually love going to this restaurant, but my experience yesterday was different. The staff is typically very friendly, but the waitress we had seemed upset and didn't check in with us at all. I eventually had to ask someone else for help.

We ordered several dishes: the dynamite roll, sesame chicken, shrimp with lobster sauce, and the signature lo mein. All of them were delicious and came in generous portions. The service was attentive and friendly as well. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The experience at this location was disappointing; they really need to train their staff better. While the waitress was friendly, it seemed like they were overwhelmed. It took over 30 minutes just to receive my glass of wine, and my food was served cold. Proper training is essential for excellent customer service.

Great food but it was definitely better when I came 10 years ago. Still one of my favorite chain restaurants in America. I love sone of the new items on the menu even though I still order my all time favorites: chicken lettuce wraps and king pao shrimp.

Servis is horrible. Food is good. Only location is great
