The food lacked flavor and was served cold, and the customer service was quite rude.

I stopped by this restaurant for lunch during my break since I was at the mall. Unfortunately, my experience was tainted by the cashier's assumptions. He initially swiped my card but then hesitated and decided to manually enter the card numbers, suggesting he thought I might be trying to scam him. I was taken aback and have no intention of returning. I second-guessed myself at first, but then I noticed him doing the same for the customers behind me. I made it clear that I had noticed, and he just kept his head down after that. It's disappointing that he made such an assumption. You've lost a customer today, and I rarely express my dissatisfaction, but I felt very upset in this situation.

If you've ever been to a mall, you know what to expect from this place! The Japanese food here is pretty average. My wife enjoys it more than I do. They do offer some decent dishes! She particularly likes the Chicken Teriyaki, which comes with a side of white rice and lo mein, all drizzled with extra teriyaki sauce. It's definitely a very Americanized take on Japanese cuisine. The sauces are fine, but nothing exceptional. They generously add sauce to everything to enhance the flavor, which is definitely needed since the rice is a bit bland—though that's pretty typical! As for the lo mein, it tastes a lot like spaghetti, with just a few vegetables tossed in to make it lo mein. On the bright side, they cook the food right in front of you on a flat top, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly, and while I've never had a really bad experience, I haven't had a fantastic one either. I always recommend asking for extra sauce to jazz up your meal! Overall, it's an okay place to grab a bite if you're in the mood for mediocre Japanese food, but there are definitely better options around.

Awful food. Use to be good, has gone down hill. Staff is rude and acts entitled as though the customer is the issue, not the poor food quality.

I adore this place a lot. theres a great spirit. The kitcen is exeptionaly good. the service is powerful and the team is trained. The pay is modest. profoundly recommend.
