Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant could improve with some upgrades such as new bowling balls and polished lanes. These changes could make a difference in receiving a 3 or 5 star rating. The food was delicious!
I had a terrible experience at Lucky Strike last week during a family outing. We arrived at 9:20 am and were told there was a two-hour wait. We received a text at 11:00 am that our lane was ready and proceeded to bowl. Unfortunately, our game was cut off abruptly at 12:10 pm with no warning, leaving us confused as we were only on the 6th frame. When we spoke to the manager, Daniel, he offered an additional 10 minutes which was not enough time for us to finish our game due to having 6 bowlers. Despite requesting more time, he insisted they were closing soon. We were never informed of a time limit and had issues with the pins getting stuck and the bowls not returning properly. When I contacted customer service to complain, the Vice President responded with a generic email and did not offer any resolution or apology. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and will be choosing Bowlero in the future. I recommend paying with a credit card when visiting Lucky Strike to have a backup in case of any issues. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at Lucky Strike.

Ethan and mike were amazing! Post Covid it’s hard to go out and feel normal but these two made me feel so safe and welcome! They were such a great time and made my experience a great one! They were sure to make sure we had a good time felt safe and were taken care of! Thanks for bringing back a little bit of normalcy 10/10 would recommend
Came here to celebrate getting engaged and was very happy with the service! Unfortunately our bowling lane broke down for almost 45 minutes but the manager Jenni was absolutely amazing at making sure we enjoyed our experience. She extended our time slot and went out of her way to provide excellent service. Thanks Jenni!!
