Panera Bread - West Ocean City

I have to start off by saying that our order was misdingbour tuna sandwich and we paid cash, so I had to drive back to the store to pick up my food. I have to say the manager on duty was very apologetic and empathetic for the inconvenience. He was polite and made sure that everything was satisfactory. I understand that things happen especially on a busy night. He made a lifetime Panera fan out of us. Kudos to the manager and staff for their guest service.

Items were forgotten and changed without any notice. No attempt

I was assaulted by the manager after being threaten, publicly embarrassed/shammed this morning at 7:05am by the shift manager, line cook and cashier. This franchise is dangerous and I am now suffering emotional trauma, pain and suffering all after trying to get coffee and mentioning how dissatisfied I was with the lack of turn around with their 'rapid ' pick up. I just simply asked where my order was and got an attitude from the line cook. Stood in queue only to be embarrassed in my own community after having the cup withheld from me like I was a child! ALL I SAID WAS KEEP THE BAGEL, JUST GIVE ME THE CUP. Instead of being cool and clam and just looking my order up to fulfil it. Someone help.

Panera bread’s latte coffee is I everything but Latte. The food is okay but the place is usually crowded and most of the times the tables are not clean. Despite being so close to my home I have stopped going there cause many times even in different states their employees had little manners.
