The staff might struggle with understanding orders, leading to confusion that requires you to repeat yourself. 3. You might end up with a poorly prepared chicken dish. On a positive note, the lemonade is fantastic. Overall, I'd rate it 2.5 out of 5 stars – quite average.
Absolutely disappointing! I placed a large order for delivery online, and they got everything wrong. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since we all make mistakes. So, I reordered the exact same items, but once again, they messed it up completely! Save your time and avoid this place. It really should be closed down.
I had a chance to try a bowl from this Chipotle for a friend, and it was outstanding. It looked so good that it could have been a commercial! My friend really enjoyed their meal. Chipotle has definitely won me over again, but I’ll only be back if I'm nearby. I just wish I had taken some pictures. Food: 5/5.
It's really disgusting how a worker spoke to me there. I went to pick up my online order and it wasn't on the rule. the woman asked me my name and I told her and she was like “good there is no order here for you” and I showed her my phone where it was picking up and time said, and she looks at me and goes “good it is not here” and I said to her “I paid for it and it is at this place. and she rolls her eyes on me and continues to be incredibly rude. I will never return to this place. this worker should be released immediately. that's not how to talk to someone
Horrendous experience at this chipotle. I placed an order for 12:40. Showed up on time to pick up the order. Stood for 20 minutes while no one helped me. I finally asked someone if there was an order for my name. They told me they already made it and someone picked it up. I explained to them I did not pick up the food as I was the one that placed the order. I then asked if they could just remake the food and I will happily wait. They proceeded to tell me it was my fault the food was stolen and I needed to leave the restaurant. I then talked to customer support who told me there was nothing they could do and “thanks for choosing chipotle”. If you still want to support this chain please at the very least never order from the West Orange location.
