Mohan Tandoori Takeaway

Okay, food is good and I told them that, but we spent best part of £29 and they didn't throw in a couple of poppadoms which accompanies the meal. When I called, he said, well you spent £28, I have people who spend £100 and don't complain. Can I just say, it wasn't a complaint, it would have just been a nice thing to do. Hung up on me! So £28 orders don't count, until they do....

I will never go back to this restaurant. The delivery took more than 2 hours when they said it would only be 50 minutes. Both curries we ordered tasted the same. When I called to complain, they hung up on me after stating, "But you did receive the food."

The curry was excessively greasy and left me with a queasy stomach afterwards. I tried this place when Bilash was closed and the curry was decent, but upon revisiting, it wasn't as good.

Ordered a takeaway last night knowing we would have to wait as it was NYE ordered at 6.45 and was told food would be there by 9pm. Food eventually arrived at 10.15pm. Tried to cancel order several times but they’d obviously taken the phone off the hook. Rang today to complain and encountered the rudest person I have ever spoken too, who actually hung up the phone. Will never order from them again, appalling service.

I ordered through the Just Eat app and found the food to be delicious. The restaurant itself may be a bit run-down, but the quality of the food made up for it. Overall, no complaints!
