Boston Market - West Palm Beach

That is boston the market is a local institution and my family and I usually go there at least twice a week. eating is always so fresh and tasty. the manager tim is incredibly professional and welcoming. its entire crew makes every visit a wonderful experience!

Where should I start? no ice in the soda machine is the least problem. about 20 minutes to make a carver sandwich. the ingredients to make it were not ready and the worker took their time to go back and forth to get it and had no cheese. while they waited for the food, 2 other customers came who put their order online to get their food and they also had to wait. no wonder why there are not many restaurants. end of the rant.

My bf wanted me here so bad cuz the one in maryland was amazing I came to this place my first time so excited, the online food looked so good we went into her melt so nasty we saw the food that it looked very dry we both worked in food store before as manager and u can definitely say that the food was bad and the workers were all settings from there that we went out. I wanted to try and my bf was very disappointed :

Omg! avoid this place! eating is ****! potato without taste. roasted potato. kartoffelbrei was old and dry. the maisbrot was dry and did not taste like that. the service was the worst thing you can get. Huhn was burned and it was missing from taste. No, I don't recommend

Very disappointed in this establishment. We walked in there was only one other customer at the time ordering a family meal. She learned there was no cornbread and decided to cancel her complete order because the manager would not substitute something in its place.The manager kept on saying that the cornbread was a free item and that the other items were not there for she cannot offer the other items for free which to me is not correct. If you're out of an item as a corporation for a company you should substitute something in its place at no fault or charge to your customers.We ordered one half chicken with mashed potatoes gravy on the side and cream spinach and one meatloaf with broccoli and macaroni and cheese.My meal was fine but the meatloaf was a little dry.When we when to get our drinks we chose iced tea the ice tea machine was not hooked up correctly. The manager tried fixing the issue but it was a problem. We decided to give up and walk away.While eating we heard people ordering and on 7/25/2022 the day we ate the store location were out of so many items. My question is why? I also asked about a substitute for the cornbread and I got the same remarked NO!The manager could offered extra side of something.
