Burger King - West Palm Beach

I wish I could leave 0 stars got off the highway and was really hungry pull then try to hit the drive-through nobody answered the window drove around came inside the door was locked somebody was just sitting inside playing on their phone extremely lazy worthless wouldn't even make eye contact with me why don't you guys just close this place dowhat's the point of having it open so they can pump your company for money and a paycheck that they're not earning

This is the worst experience I've ever had in Burger King! The service was completely awfull, all orders went wrong. The lady on the cashier had no entusiasm at all. No greetings at all. Didn't say hi or thank you or anything. The place is a mess. No one is eating there and still all the tables are dirty and the floor are sticky. If I can give 0 stars, I would.

Not a bad location. They try pretty hard when it comes to keeping the place looking nice. Counter service was slow largely because the emphasis was on the drive thru. Other than that a pretty good experience. Men's room was smelly, tho

Do not visit this restaurant unless you have an hour to spare. I placed an order inside and waited for over 30 minutes for two Whoppers while employees primarily served customers in the drive-through. There were six employees standing around not doing much. The employee who took my order kept asking if I had placed it in the drive-through multiple times, despite me ordering inside. It was difficult to contact the general manager as the last digit of the phone number was missing. Burger King seems to be declining in service at all locations. The only intelligent employee appeared to be the young lady at the drive-through window. She deserves a raise for having to work with incompetent colleagues.

After a misunderstanding of my order, the employee asked me to go back and reorder at the beginning of the drive-through. It was a ridiculous experience.
