The GPS directions were a bit tricky, and it took me a while to find the restaurant, but I was not disappointed with the food. Everything I tried was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it! Food rating: 5/5.
The aroma wafting from the porch is absolutely enticing. However, the chicken in the sandwich was quite dry and definitely needed more mayo. The cucumber salad was passable, but the coleslaw was, frankly, the worst I've ever tasted. I can't even put into words how unpleasant the flavor was; it was just bad. The BBQ sandwich didn't mention onions in the ingredients, yet it was packed with them. It's a shame that I didn't enjoy the food because the staff were very helpful and eager to look up any ingredients we inquired about. To be fair, we saw "chicken and BBQ sauce" on the menu and assumed that was all there was, so we didn't double-check with the staff. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially given how enticing the smell of the roasting meat was outside.
We enjoyed dining in. Chicken was delicious. Pasta sauce tasted like it was straight from a can.Food: 3/5
