Crab Tales - West Palm Beach

I didn't get a chance to order because the atmosphere was just so dark, dreary and somewhat creepy. Not a single sole was in the restaurant. Almost an abandoned like feeling. Not that we were looking for a party but definitely we didn't want to be the only patrons in there on a Sunday night. Sunday Night Football, Miami Heat game, ,crab boil...they shouldv be packed. The sign outside should be lit to attract attention. Ordered a Prosseco and a Mohoto that definitely wasn't t a Mojito. Got it go and left. I may try them for takeout, the food looks good in the pictures.

Tried to go and doors were padlocked shut. No trespassing signs were posted also so we left

The bartender/ manager was extremely rude. There was a bug in the water, we brought it to the waitresses attention. She walked off and left it. And when I mentioned it to him he said yeah well we're all a little busy tonight. Too busy to take the glass with you? So I guess we were supposed to sit there eating with a glass of water with s big in it. He also said we'll you're outside of course there's gong to be bugs.I ordered a drink that I thought was listed under the frozen section. I returned it for something different. The second drink was horrible, so I asked for a Heineken. The manager tried to make me pay for the horrible drink because he made it himself and had been bartending for over twenty years. When I said, well bring the check and we'll just pay for what we've already had and leave he stated well I'll do it this time but next time you come here, know what you want. He also stated that it's in the meme that you can't return drinks.The waitress turned out to be really good and polite.Great food. Horrible customer service from the bartender/manager.

Frozen, not fresh and Luke warm. I ordered a crawfish boil and it like a crawfish room temp. The Louisiana sauce was nothing like Louisiana. Place was deserted and I didn 't know why until the food arrived.

Young man named Malcolm waited on us. He was as efficient, friendly, and attentive as can be. Everything was good!! My boyfriend ordered Sweet Chile and Buffalo wings. I had a seafood gumbo. DELICIOUS!!!
