Contribuisci feedbackThis Dunkin' location is truly disappointing. They consistently mess up orders and the staff can be quite rude. It's by far one of the worst Dunkin' experiences I've had.
I went to Coffee and saw some beautiful people there. However, I found that I often had to repeat my order multiple times for them to get it right. Maybe that's just my experience.
I placed an online order at this restaurant for the first time and went to the window, as there was no line. The lady at the window had her back to me and ignored my presence for a few minutes. Eventually, she turned around and instructed me to let them know on the order screen that I had an online order. After she left, she returned to scold me, insisting that I should wait a little longer next time since they only receive the order on their end. I didn’t expect my order to be ready in just two minutes; she could have simply asked me to step forward instead.
Most ratchet Dunkin I have ever been to. Got my order wrong not once but twice. Didn 't even know my sandwich was ready because the lady never pushed it up to the counter, just had it waiting way back. There was a little kid in there running around grabbing my food and my drink and the employee just encouraged it saying awww he 's so cute. Only reason it 's not one star is they at least fixed my order both times without putting up a fight about it.
I wish I could give 0 stars. If food or coffee is good it don't matter when you have this costumer service. The location is convenient for me but EVERY TIME we go there, the employees are rude and with the worst attitude.
