First Watch - West Palm Beach

I just got done from here and the food was excellent. I had the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, and some bacon (which is cooked to perfection and two servings of the Morning Meditation. Excellent and tasty all around. My server was a nice lady named Cathy (sp?? and the staff was very pleasant. The only criticism I had of the place is that the hostess had set me at a table that was very wobbly. The waitress tried to use a paper towel to steady the table, but I just didn't want to risk a hot coffee or something spilling on me so she honored my request to move to another table.. The hot sauce and salt already fell off the table from a previous bump. But seriously, management needs to remove that table. All it takes is a hot coffee or something similar to spill on someone and you are going to have a lawsuit on your hands.

We came for breakfast. I had the carnitas Tortillas. Awesome!!! Bite after delicious bite!!! My husband had the avocado toast with two eggs over easy. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast. The servers were excellent. The only weird thing was the man who was the host his mannerisms and makeup was a bit over the top! All in all, I would go back!

Our server was “Crisbel” as seen on the receipt. She was great! She was very knowledgeable of the delicious drinks first watch has, as well as the many delicious food options. Most importantly the service received by her and her colleagues were top notch! From start to finish! Gracias!

The food was okay, it wasn’t as fresh as it use to be. Our waitress wasn’t nice and welcoming. After this visit, first watch is officially at the bottom of our list.

This is a true whole food delicious experience. Meals are clean and full of flavor. I came her for brunch invited by my lovely nephew Ross, and we all loved it. I recommend it as best place for a clean and delicious nutritious meal
