The staff at the restaurant were really friendly, and they were only a bit late in attending to us. The atmosphere was lively and youthful.

We visit this restaurant frequently. The options at the under and around loops are quite good. Occasionally, there are issues with online orders, but the food is still tasty. I have a few favorite dishes: I really enjoy the Cuban sandwich, the Beach Club sandwich, and their chicken Caesar wrap when it's available. My partner always goes for the Italian sandwich. The service is friendly, and the delivery is quick.

Looks like my first review is not published, so I'll just say I was super impressed today at jimmy john's on oeeechobee blvd. between them make a great sub and know that it is people in the business world that still care. I didn't know everything was good and I'm gonna give a scream for desmond williams and the great job he's doing as manager.

I went today to jimmy john’s for thunfisch sub and was so blessed by the man who took my order. . he was really what customer service should be all. it's really a deal breaker, whether people feel like they want to go back to a place or not if someone has the power to put a smile on their face. I thought he won't take long because he's too nice and polite and they won't let him down with God's praise. only to find out that he is the manager! wow. they are the man of the hour. you go far.

I’ve tried calling this restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. I just placed an order, and it’s taking an unusually long time to arrive. It’s misleading to advertise such quick service when that’s clearly not the case. It would be better to be honest about wait times and admit when you’re busy. When I inquired, I was told there’s only one driver on duty. It seems like the owner needs to invest more in their staff. It’s frustrating when prices are increasing everywhere, yet the service doesn't reflect that. If you want to thrive, please pay your employees better so that we can enjoy improved service.
