Mcdonald's - West Palm Beach

The manager workers were very polite, friendly pleasant. we received excellent service! I was impressed! next time we have to go to the va medical center, we will probably stop at mcdonald’s on blue heron. we really enjoyed our visit and the restaurant was clean!

Get me a sausage and cheese mcgriddle and didn't add it. I came through a long line. I was finally asked to sit down, I reserved space and they finally bring it. never again with this mcdonald’s.

This McDonald's location is advertised as open 24 hours online and has signage displayed on the building. However, when I pulled into the Drive-Thru, no one responded to me through the loudspeaker. I then proceeded to drive up to the window, but I couldn't see anyone inside, even though the light was on.

This has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The only option is the drive-thru, and when I arrived at 9, the doors were locked and they turned me away.

We placed our order through the mobile app and it took a bit longer than expected, but they got our order correct. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Overall, we had a great experience and had no complaints except for the wait time.
