Worst service ever! Every time I try to order here, it's a sweat. I've seen so many people who just walk out of the service. don't waste your time. I don't know if it's a lack of personal or a lack of training, but something has to be done.
I will never return to this restaurant. The customer service was non-existent. A sign was posted stating that due to limited staff, customers should use the kiosk. I had a question about the soufflé being out of stock at 8:30. I watched as three employees ignored the long line of customers. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was informed that they were completely out of soufflé and wouldn't have any for the following day either. The breakfast menu is supposed to be available until 11am, so this was very disappointing. Additionally, the only drinks they were able to offer were smoothies, as the machines for coffee drinks were not working.
I've been eating at this Panera for years and have had a great experience almost every time, the food is great and the employees are friendly. The vibes are also good for doing some work or studying, and it's good for free refills on coffee or drinks. Not sure what's up with the negative reviews but this place is great!
Ordered lunch for my team today and the food and service were just awful. We ordered online but still had to wait over 30 minutes for the food. The sandwiches were missing ingredients, what we asked to be excluded was included, and what was supposed to on the sandwich was not. This place was utter chaos and not managed well at all. They did not seem to be able to keep up with the volume and number of people there. I love Panera but this is the worst food I have ever had from them.
