If when u ask for avocados in your tropichop please make sure they don’t look like this or their at least soft enough to eat
Just take a look a the reviews. SMH. For starters, I love Pollo Tropical. However, the lack professionalism and respect to customer is through the roof. The cashier appeared to in complete discomfort by even opening her mouth to greet anyone or answer questions loud and clear. God forbid you ask questions in regards to the menu. Be ready to get an eye roll, a big inhale and a indecipherable mumble response. There was another worker to her right that was simply bagging orders without properly separating the takeout and dine-in orders. Like it happened in our case. The only 2 other employees that were helpful was a young man probably in his 20s that was able to translate for many customers that were having issues placing orders with the not so pleasant chasier. Also, there was another worker around 5’4 with glasses, appeared to be a manager, who was really helpful in trying to make everyone’s experience seamlessly. The only reason they are getting a 2 -Star is because the food was good and the help of the 2 employees just mentioned. Pray for patience and walk in at your own risk.
Very disappointed! I use to order from pollo a lot and now the quality of food and the portions have got so bad by the time I’m done with my food I am still hungry. Don’t order the fish it’s not worth it and the portions are disgustingly small and no flavor like it once had.
Very rude women and they always give you old food. Last night they left out my rice and gave me practically no meat when I ordered a 1/4 chicken meal. The worst thing is you can’t make a complaint because the never answer the phone lines.
