Contribuisci feedbackOur waitress took our order but didn't return until it was time to bring the bill, so we had to rely on the busboy for anything we needed in between. The overall appearance of the restaurant was quite shabby, and considering its prime location, it really needs some upgrades. The bathrooms were especially disappointing; they felt more like a gas station restroom and were unclean. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. There are definitely improvements that need to be made.
The food was enjoyable, but the service was incredibly poor. We experienced not one, but four billing errors. Even when we split a hibachi plate of shrimp, chicken, and filet, which was priced at $41.95 with an additional $10 sharing fee, our total came to over $80. This seems excessive for just decent food and such terrible service. Additionally, a gratuity of over 20% was automatically added to the bill.
I visited the restaurant on a Saturday night and encountered a bit of a wait. After about 30 minutes, my party of three was seated at a hibachi table. We spent some time at the bar beforehand and closed out our tabs before being seated. Once at the table, everything moved at a sluggish pace. We were informed that they did not have sushi available. Placing our orders was quick, but it took a long time for the staff to actually bring us our food. When my friend and I finally got to taste our lobster, it was over-salted and inedible. It took yet more time to flag someone down, but eventually, a manager came over. We explained the issue, and he offered to either have a new dish prepared in the kitchen or remove the charge from our bill. Fortunately, everything else we ordered was cooked well. Overall, it was not a great experience, particularly due to the slow service, so I won’t be returning.
Highly disappointed in the level of customer service. I did not sit at the hibachi table and my food came out cold. When I asked to warm it up the bartender said it was because I ordered too early. Worst Mother's Day experience
GREAT!! Why the bad reviews? Excellent quality fresh ingredients, great flavor (we asked for no msgs) and our cook was fun and entertaining. If this were served at a Nobu I wouldn't notice the difference. Top notch.
