The Honey Baked Ham Company

I pre-ordered several family meals a week in advance. When I got to the restaurant, I stood in line for 30 minutes, only to be told that my order was not ready. I left and returned 30 minutes later.

I absolutely adore this restaurant for their amazing holiday menu featuring the best ham, turkey, and side dishes.

I visited the restaurant for the first time and the staff member was incredibly patient and understanding, despite me asking a lot of questions.

We stopped by a week before thanksgiving, so the parking was plentiful and convenient, the wait time was not too shabby, (about 10 mins), and the food was delicious.

I was there this morning at 7:45AM 11/22/23. I always order food for Thanksgiving and Christmas every year. Today 11/22/23, as my fiance and I were at the counter, there was this lady to the left of us waiting for her order. She was so rude and attitude towards staff member was so uncalled for, that I immediately said to her "Calm the hell down, everyone is here for the samething. We all are going to get our orders, the staff is doing the best that they can with limited staff that they have. She shut up and didn 't say anything else rude to them after that. She was clearly uppity and self entitled. The manager had apologized plenty of times for the slow process already before and after her little hissyfit. I appreciate the staff that works there year after year and their kindness! I will continue to go there every year.
