Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

First visit to this location. Ordered Cobb Zalad, Fried Pickles, Fried Mushrooms and a Kids Box. For 2 ppl lunch ???? I had to wait a bit in the drive thru for the food to come out. The typical pull up and wait instructions were given. I might?ve waited 10-12 minutes behind another car waiting. Food was hot. Didn?t care for the fried pickles or mushrooms really...oh, ask for ketchup!

I waiting at least 10 minutes to place my order, team member walked passed asked if I placed my order yet and kept going. When I finally got to order, i informed the team member I been waiting forever. I received no apology, or barely an acknowledgment of my issue. I requested lite ice in my drink and instead she filled my entire drink with ice, gave a lot of attitude. My fried taste and look and tate like they were cooked in dirty/old oil. My food was thrown on the counter, no ketchup or anything was offered. I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUESTED with the service I received. And more than likely will not be returning to this location. I will absolutely NOT recommend this location any longer. I did not get the team member name but she was a white girl with tattoos. Unbelievably rude ????!

I?ve never been to a Zaxbys before and was really impressed (at least with this location . The restaurant was super clean and the chicken was tender and I liked the seasoning on the fries. The woman taking our order was super friendly too :

Zaxbys always hits the spot when going north in Florida. This is a great location basically 3 blocks away off of I 95. Located in the Southeast corner of the outlet mall property easy to find. Food was nice and hot prepared fresh made to order delicious ingredients everything hit right. Only 2 things that I would encourage encourage to work on is the speed or understaffing understanding issue that this location has and also the personnel can smile and be a little more cheerful and welcoming.

Something is wrong with the Zaxbys in South Florida. Every single one I've been to is trash. Georgia Zaxbys were always quality. Bread is burnt and rock hard, cheese on club sandwich is a cold dry kraft single not even melted, and fries look and taste old. The wait took 30 minutes sitting inside. Straight garbage.
