Great customer service from Claudia . Very professional and friendly.

Busy day, decided to order take out from Applebee's. Ordered a beef Whisky Burger and a Chicken Whisky Burger. Beef was ordered with no pink. Got our food home, discovered they didn't give us our chicken burger, it was beef, and both burgers were very pink. This made our day busier and longer because we had to cook both longer of our grill. Check your food before you leave. This is not the first time, we got lazy and didn't check our food before coming home.

Lots of staff standing around, we had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes just to have a waitress acknowledge us, was told to wait even more. Ended up in the Bar Area, to wait even more for service.

Audri K killed it! She was hustling and we had a very large group. Service was top notch! Food is amazing as always.

Way overpriced for a 3 star restaurant. Staff was fine. Host greeted us and got us seated right away, waitress came quickly, food came quickly. Chicken cheeseburger was a grease-nightmare, some kind of weird greasy cheese. Nachos were skimpy on ingredients, burnt chips, and unmelted cheese. Never ever order nachos to go here, you will regret it. They are prepared on a plate and then scraped into a to go plastic thing and are upside down and jumbled and soggy. Atmosphere is typical of a chain restaurant. Boomers with their grand-kids or highway travelers passing through. This is at noon. Evenings are crowded with a wait line about 10 Boomers deep.
