Mcdonald's In West Pla - West Plains

My dad ordered a steak and egg bagle with no cheese and all he got was a bagel with 2 pieces of bacon.

I was told my bike wasn't allowed in the building. Which was understandable, as they explained it was just policy. My problem was that afterwards, the employee went into the back room and loudly started mocking us to their co-workers. I completely understand a worker being frustrated, as well as the need to follow company policy. I also understand the need to vent. But, to mock a customer right infront of them to other co-workers is extremely unprofessional.

Y can’t u guys ever make a coffee like my money goes into that just to get a bad coffee every morning it actually crazy like come on

15 minutes. 15 minutes to get melted milkshakes and the worst McMess I've ever had the displeasure to eat. We were told it would be just a few minutes to get the 2 milkshakes 1 flurry. 15 minutes later our food arrives with half melted milkshakes. Went inside and nobody would tall to me for 2 minutes. Went back to the car and drove away and asked my partner to hand me a straw for my drink called a strawberry milkshake. No straws. Yeah, that's right. No straws in the bag with 15 minutes to make the order. No napkins too. Finally once home with a now completely melted milkshake, I can enjoy my nuggets. I dip in ranch, then crunch, well, more like mush because there's no crispness in them. Hmm, weird, taste different. Eat the rest with no sauce, and I kid you not, the skin slips off of the chicken part and it's sour. It's honestly at the level of absurd that I can't help but want to laugh at myself for thinking I would McLove some McDonalds, instead I was McFlippin wrong and now just McDepressed. This was just the icing on the cake of today :` Oh yeah the chocolate milkshake was 3 quarters chocolate and 1 quarter strawberry. Disgusting and unprofessional and unsanitary, begs the question of how many times you've done that today? How many times and for how long was a machine with dairy products left unclean and left to mix into different orders? Disgusting. Save your money, save your time, and save your health, go cook a meal yourself for cheaper. Edit: God I wish I could show you all the pictures
