I had the cobb salad, and it was highly stacked with speck, avocado, cheese, iron. everything was fresh, crisp and tasty. my man has chicken pliers with kartoffels and okra. I tried the okra, and it was perfectly cooked, not greasy. my father-in-law had the rusty cake and I had the apple crumb, you could say that they were homemade. you could say the apples were of real apples not of a dose. we took a russian cake and a cube cake home with us. the waitresses were all so polite and friendly. service was great. the restaurant was clean. the next time we're on the way and are in the opposite, we'll be back.
Excellent eating and great service! really a unique experience. best breakfast in the region.
That was the worst place I was ever here. my daughter and I found a dead fly in her potato salad, so I said our waitress and asked for baked beans instead and she said it would cost me extra. I was like what? I asked for a manager and she said she was the boss there. she was so very, very rude! we had no food ate and wanted to go and let the food eat there, but she threatened to call the police, and she said some customers there and I was so humiliated by this woman. I just wanted to get out of there, so I paid for the food and left everything there. I was not treated as badly by someone as I was from her. we're not going back there.
Skillets makes the best hamburger in our surroundings. They are manually pressed into the kitchen, which means local fresh meat. The staff is always welcoming that you can see that they like to work with each other. If I want a good burger and a good atmosphere, I'll go there.
Nice place. Kinda like a Denny's or IHOP. Food was good. Waitress didn't check on me except when she brought my order. Overall nice place.
