Hardee’s - West Point

I walked in and the place was a disaster. The dining room floor was covered with trash and food, half the tables needed to be wiped down. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Food and service were much better in the last couple years.. now every time I go, I wait in line for 20-30 minutes only to get mummified fries and an ok burger. Use to think Hardee 's was the healthier fast food choice in town, not anymore.

After going in and using the bathroom, it was easy to decide to not eat there. It was absolutely disgusting. I hovered only because I really had to go. And I was my hands religiously, but that day, NO WAY. The sink had hair all over it and it was nasty to say the least. Someone should shut that place down or new management is a priority.

I went to this location today. My wife asked for a wet towel to clean the table. They handed her a napkin after saying they didn’t have anything to clean the table. They were all dirty. The staff were so serious , no smiles, just frowns. We arrived at 11:50am and saw a sign on the marquee that said breakfast served until noon. We asked for a bacon and cheese and she said they were out. The owner or management doesn’t seem to care to train their staff in hospitality and customer service skills, which are seriously lacking here.
