Wendy's - West Point

They went out to get me a grilled chicken sandwich. After being said that only spicy fried was available. I did my day.

Oh, my God, the sweetest, nicest people we met at a Wendys! The food was good, but we were more impressed by the service and kindness, and to say the love we felt from all their workers to take from our order, to pay drinks to get the actual order 4 to 5 people and ALL were exceptional!! We went thru drive thru, after 800 miles ( came from South Texas, a day trip, 14 hours), tired, hungry and then, to be welcomed with luck, tugged our heart strands. Thank you.

My experience with Wendy's is always the same. Bad service with a thrown together order. So why write a review? This West Point, MS gem needs to be congratulated on a job well done. On our way to the beach, we order. Not only was the order correct, the staff was professional and the food was hot. I had no idea that Wendy's nuggets were so good. Could this be a fluke? A few days later we try the same location on our way home. Same experience! Good job on taking pride in your work.
