The service here is perhaps the worst I've ever experienced. The venue itself is beautiful, but the bartenders are truly unprofessional and inexperienced. They are constantly distracted by their phones, take an excessively long time to make drinks, and seem to prioritize chatting and joking with each other over actually serving customers. Additionally, I was disgusted to see one of the bartenders, a white guy from North Carolina, picking his nose and then spitting in a trash can while he was supposed to be working. It's time to let this staff go and hire some competent and hygienic workers!
I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for dinner, and it was a fantastic experience. The meal was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5 for the food. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable as well, also deserving a 5 out of 5; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed throughout our meal. Lastly, the atmosphere was equally impressive, receiving a 5 out of 5. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for an enjoyable evening. With a price range of $30–50 per person, this dining experience was well worth it. Highly recommended!

Mediocre service and food quality; odd concept to have a sports bar in such a historic and elegant building. Really beautiful and scenic views of the river made it all worth it! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
