This is a fantastic restaurant with a great concept that definitely lives up to its promise. One small suggestion would be to provide tags or cards for the flights, as my table found it challenging to keep track of the different options and ended up mixing them up!

This is a wonderful spot for a small plate, dinner, or a drink! The chef expertly crafts the menu and pairs it with an excellent wine selection. They also have an impressive variety of bourbons! The cocktails are fantastic, and the service is top-notch.
