Domino's Pizza - West Richland

Tried to do an online order for later pickup. Thought I was giving plenty of time by going online at 4:00 PM (Wanted to pickup around 5:15). The only pickup time offered online was 8:15. Since when does it take 4+ hours to complete a pizza order? So I had to call in the order and got some robot that wouldn't let me pick a later pickup time. The experience was quite painful.

Kennedy store is completely incompetent. Ordered tots with no garlic sauce. Came smothered in a sauce I literally can’t eat. Called the store and they brought out another one and this one was also smothered with sauce. Manager was upset that I called again to fix my order. Told me I was taking him away from his business. Guy was a complete jerk. After three attempts and 1.5 hours later I finally got to eat dinner. Absolutely ridiculous

We had a drop off at a location thing because they won't deliver to our house.Didn't like it. Dude made me feel weird and it was just all around uncomfortable.The food was ok. A touch burned. Idk how you burn it when you cook it for 5 minutes.

Good local business. Good pizza. Solid taste. Harold our driver was awesome!!!

Great management my grandpa ordered wrong item they had no issue returning and giving us the correct thank you guys!!!
