Riffa Big is a disappointing gas station facility with terrible customer service. The staff seemed as dissatisfied as their food service and delivery. It's clear they are not fit to run a business, especially in the hospitality industry where patience and customer loyalty are key. I would not recommend this place to any regular customer.

To all customers of Food City ordering over the phone, please pay attention as there is a recurring issue with the staff. They often struggle to listen to your order and may even speak English in a way that can be frustrating or hard to understand. Additionally, they tend to speak in a very soft voice.
