Sun morning went to order a roll theres 5 rolls the place is filthy full of flies, no thanks, never have i come across a subway shop with this low of a standard.

While eating my sandwich in the food court I had bitten into something hard and hurt my tooth, I found a small piece of plastic in my food. I returned to the counter to show staff member and they told me that they’re not sure how it got there. Never once said sorry and only offered me a free cookie. I asked for a refund to which they only refunded half of it and I told them I want the full amount of the purchase price. The manager rudely told me I was “taking her for a ride” basically telling me I was lying to her about finding plastic I’m my food when I actually showed her the plastic. Another staff member came from out the back and started saying rude things about me. The manager then called centre security on me because she felt intimidated that I was asking for a refund. I can’t believe how appalling the customer service I received was and how disgustingly rude they were to me when I approached them nicely to notify them about the plastic in my food. All I asked for was a refund for the fact I almost broke my tooth and swallowed it which could have lead to serious injury. I will now be taking this further. The entire experience was on camera/cctv so next time you might want to think before you put yourselves into a legal hole you can’t get out of.
The service was fantastic the food was fresh. And it was quick to finish. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
