Yellowbird Chicken - WEST ROXBURY

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and ordered a family meal of wings. Everything was fresh and very tasty! I will definitely be coming back again.

I just had one of the best meals at this restaurant, thanks to Ryan for taking care of us. Brandon and I will definitely be back again. The food was fantastic, fresh and well-prepared. The service was excellent and overall this was the best dining experience I have had in a long time.

I have to start by saying that when we tried to call and place an order, the employee mentioned that he might not be able to take the order if he was alone. However, he was not alone that night. Additionally, the restaurant is quite dirty and could use some cleaning. There was even a dead fly on the string holding a glass. Everyone talks about the food there, but honestly, the fried chicken tasted like it should have been from KFC. The place is not clean, and it seems like the employees do not care about maintaining hygiene standards. I would never go back. This review also explains why they don't have coleslaw with hair on it.

Eating is always amazing. I always get the chicken fingers, kartoffels, gravur, mais and maisbrot. they expect to eat in their car or house, as this place is small and not furnished for dunes.

Pathetic Customer Service order was received without the condiments called back when the restaurant was open and call went to voice mail. Buffalo Fingers were cold and overcooked. Do not order from them. This has happened before and it will be the last time for me.
