A&w - West Sacramento

I visited the drive-thru and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo, but was told they were out of bacon. I was confused since there was a grocery store across the street. I tried to choose something else, but most options included bacon. I ended up settling for a papa burger combo, but it was cold and had a green tomato on it. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

The service at this restaurant is below average. The chicken is greasy and the fries are not crispy. If they don't have the sauce you want, they will just randomly throw something in the bag and leave you either disappointed or pleasantly surprised.

Not worth the time or money. Tonight, I ordered three chicken sandwich meals at this restaurant. Each meal was supposed to come with a sandwich, fries, and five piece nuggets, totaling $43.50. The person at the window was unfriendly and told me to wait 8 minutes for my food. After waiting for 15 minutes, I had to knock on the locked door to request my food, only to receive half of what I had paid for. I could see a woman in the kitchen eating while she should have been preparing food. I had to go through the drive-thru again to ask for the rest of my order. The male staff member who was now at the window was nice and apologized. They gave us the remainder of our food, but we still did not receive the sauce we requested or napkins. After spending 30 minutes and $43, I can confidently say it was not worth it.

My visit to the A&W was good no issues other than the car bonk pole was kinda messed up so it slightly clanked on the top of my large van, food was good and loved all the options Thank you!

Worst fast food experience I've ever had. Not going to get into it but one good example is they tried to charge 5.49 for fries even tho the board clearly states 3.99. Then they lied to my face saying they personally changed the drive thru price to 5.49.There was about 5 examples this bad in one visit. Wrong food, lied about not having a daily special, rude service, crackhead manager... just go to the old Hefty Burger around the corner (now Capitol Gyros)
