Ebenezer Ale House - West Seneca

Great local restaurant and bar. The food and service were very good. We sat on the patio for a nice lunch with a couple cocktails.

Went there for dinner on a beautiful summer night..place was pretty empty.. unfortunately I found out why.. the hostess forgot about us. A waitress realized we were not being taken care of and took our order. The food was nothing special and unfortunately didn't give us a reason to go back

I've been here several times and haven't had a bad meal or service yet. My faves are stuffed banana peppers, French onion soup, and the beer battered fish fry.

2/6 times I've been here have been good. Their late night menu is a joke. It's just overpriced sides and you can tell the staff doesn't gaf. What is the point of being open past 9 or 10 if your late night menu sucks and the staff doesn't care by then? If the staff doesn't care, why take the shift? They expect to be tipped yet can't deliver a tippable service or good food. Ashley who answers the takeout phone is awful. She doesn't even know that the Impossible burger is on the menu. She blamed me for wanting to change things on my burger and blamed her lack of knowledge on the menu having been changed, except the menu was the same as it was 3 days prior. All I wanted was the Impossible patty and for there to be fried onions on it, it's not that hard. Despite their burgers being good, I'm not coming back anytime soon to shell out tons of money for their overpriced menu and low quality service.

Food not as good as it use to be. Food is now average. We had wings and not surprised we had to pay extra for celery and blue cheese but it never came and they still charged us for it. Chicken wings are not chicken wings without blue cheese and celery and or carrots.
