Subway - West Seneca

Usually I have no issues with this location and order here often. I always use the app to order and then pickup food. Today though, 6/4/21, I ordered food about 5pm and picked it up as normal. Two of the subs were completely wrong. The girl who made them, idk what happened but she toasted a veggie sub. Who does that? I have the order saved in the app and get the same thing every time. I also received the ham sub and I asked for mayo and she put Chipotle on it. Very disappointed as it had to be thrown out because the person eating it cannot have spicy foods. Idk if I will be back. Update 4/2022 still screwing up orders. I will not be back

Just ordered like 15 min ago. Get back to work start to eat a there's hair wrapped around my banana peppers on my sub. So much for enjoying lunch...

This is a new store, typical subway subs. If you like subway, stop hear nice and clean. Friendly staff.

Very clean and smells great! Stomach starts growling as soon as you walk in. Employees are very friendly and make my subs perfectly every time!!

Ive gone here before and time and time again their employee mike on the night shift displays amazing customer service, excellent knowlage to suggest excellent subs. Always happy to go to this subway
