Tim Hortons - West Seneca

My favorite tims. breakfast sandwiches and coffee are consistent as I like it!

These are the best tim hortons! I'll go there every morning and love morning staff. they are full of energy, so much fun and start my morning from right. had never commanded a problem, always correctlylove the morning crew

When we pulled up we heard the young man Jake making the sandwiches complaining about people ordering so much food whatever, we ignored it and continued waiting for our order when they finally gave us our order that same young man Jake came to the drive through window and was very ignorant he stated “ it’s ignorant to order 5 sandwiches the drive through is only to order a coffee and a donut” I can maybe understand if they were super busy but when we first pulled up there was no one behind us and by the time we got our food there was only 2 cars in the drive through. All the young kids that work here need a attitude adjustment. If you don’t like your job get a new one.

This one is always my favorite to go to, amazing staff who are always very nice an helpful, always get my order correct as well.

I went through the drive thru and asked nicely if they could just put some ketchup on my sandwich but the woman refused even though everyone else does it and has done it before even at every other location. They consider it a special order anywhere else. Might seem ridiculous but there was literally nobody waiting in line inside or for the drive thru... no surprise the girl seemed to be rude even to her coworkers. This was the day shift around 2pm
