Applebee's Grill - West Slope

Food was perfectly made. Our bartender was the sweetest. I actually really enjoyed my night out at Applebees.

Server was nice and attentive... I ordered the 4 cheese Mac with tenders on side (supposed to be on top). The sauce the tenders were in tho I don 't think would have tasted good with the supposed mac and I say that cause it was not mac.. it was like a pinni noodle in Fettuccine sauce... but said it was supposed to be 4 cheese Mac and cheese... to me was like a 1 out of 5.. didn 't care for the tenders either.. did enjoy the drink and company.. and his whisky burger was delicious so it was ok

They are a bit neglectful and my wife and I felt like we were being treated like children by them monitoring our drinking. As if we were alcoholics and tipsy. We ordered a couple of those happy hour island cooler drinks. (This would be our first and only round)My wife and I both swear that they were alcohol-free. After mentioning this to her, her response was, I think I put the alcohol in. So we blew it off and attempted order another round of drinks. However She said, We are considered a family restaurant and denied us our drinks. Aside from that, there was a bartender there and I guess it was her birthday. She had a birthday hat on. No fault of hers, but our service constantly got delayed throughout the night because all of the other employees kept stopping to wish her a happy birthday and talk to her instead of serving the tables.?: It 's Applebee 's

Potatoes and vegetable were very good. Ordered a 6 oz. steak. It looked very small and was not tender. The Caesar salad was limp. Waiter was attentive, and we had excellent meals there at other times. They were very busy, so there were some delays. Very good value dinner menu that was 2 for $27!

It was pretty busy there when we went Friday night. Just wanted to thank the staff and manager for accommodating myself and my friend.
