Contribuisci feedbackI asked, and paid for no beans extra beef on my order. Clarified two separate times that I didn't want beans. And they gave me my order with nothing but beans no beef. Honest to God dumbest people I've ever interacted with.
I had a long and rough day at work, I ordered 2 burrito Supreme's w/ no sour cream, and 2 spicy potato soft tacos. There was a miscommunication somewhere, I got the burritos and the Fiesta bowls instead and was too tired to see the error on the screen. I came back through to let them know and was willing to order/pay for the tacos again but they gave them free. It made my night, they were so curteous about it
How do u not put sausage in the bfast crunchwrap? Tried going thru app to say it was missing. App sux hard need order number that I don't have because they didn't give me a receipt.
I was in drive thu so don't know about atmosphere. I do know the price was different on screen to what I was actually charged. I do know that the taco supremes were poorly put together and well as poorly wrapped.
It took them 30 minutes to start my food. I was given the wrong size drink cup (smaller of course) every worker pretended not to know English. The food was sloppy and did not receive anything extra for the food I PAID FOR. THE CREW AT NIGHT SUCKS ?. My daughter is allergic to onions and guess what was in her burrito ? yep you guessed it and instead of causing a screen I had to leave and pay for another meal. Taco BELL is now Taco HELL anywhere you go and the last time i went they used the same gloves ? that they used for the food to handle money and then went back to the food line WITHOUT CHANGING THEIR GLOVES ???? TACO BELL HAD LITERALLY GONE DOWN HILL RAPIDLY
