Wendy's - West Slope

I really need to go to Wendy's more often, I've always loved the taste of their food, no complaints except for this location has two cushy seats but low tables with it, so trying to eat at it would be worse than usual hard fastfood chairs and tables, a little dissapointing but the food makes up for it all.

I've only ever had issues with their food twice. Everyone here is always friendly and helpful. The only reason for the 3 stars on atmosphere is because its location is next to an old school strip mall, a business park that always has vacancies, and a closed down buffet restaurant with fences up around it. The neighborhood is actually nice, but this spot is just kinda funky.Parking: Plenty of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but it's right next to where cars line up for the drive thru, so just keep that in mind

Seasoned Potatoes -10/10 great flavor and texture.Bacon egg and swiss croissant-Croissant is sweet and pairs well with the savory bacon and swiss. It gets a little salty after a few bites. 6.5/10.Sausage egg and cheese english muffin-The muffin has good bounce and the sausage is flavorful. 8/10.Breakfast baconator-The baconator is DELICIOUS and balanced. Even with sausage, bacon, AND cheese, it is not overwhelming. 9/10.Honey Chicken Biscuit-I was disappointed by this. The biscuit is too buttery, chicken is too sweet and theres somehow also barely any flavor. 5/10.Homestyle French Toast Sticks-These were good with and without syrup! Good mouth feel and not too sweet. 8/10.

Food looks nothing like the ads. Not very tasty. Breakfast items aren't served after 10:30

It has been years since I last ate a meal at Wendy’s. I perused the internet for a simple taco salad near my location. Photo of Wendy’s taco salad looked decent, so I went. What I got was simple lettuce base covered with tomatoes and what looked to be beans and very little ground beef. The beans looked like they were from a can of pork and beans with some added red beans. Very unappealing visually and not to my taste. The salad had a very sweet flavor. The bag of taco chips helped me eat the meal but I frankly could not finish the meal. I recommend this selection be removed from the menu. It would have been much better with simple ground beef with savory seasoning. Wendy’s should stick to burgers. Leave the taco salad to Taco Bell.
