Castle Coffee House - West Somerset

This is a pleasant 'tea rooms ' style cafe. We, a group of six, found two tables to push together. There was a good selection of cakes, etc, which those who partook enjoyed. The staff were friendly and engaging. The seating was ok but not very comfortable. For a cold day it was surprising that the establishment were keen keep the door open. We dropped in after a visit to the castle. The owner was their and we had a lovely chat. She bakes everything on the the premises. We had the apple crumble and a delicious slice. Our cappuccinos were perfect (and hot). The decor suits the space perfectly; curved farmhouse chairs and wooden tables. We would recommend the castle Coffee House to anyone visiting Dunster. I visited Dunster with friends and after a lovely walk around the castle we stopped off at this lovely coffee shop. We had pots of tea and coffee plus a scone and amazing coconut cream donuts.
