Sheppards Plaice - West Somerset

I must say, I believe this is the best fish and chip shop in Minehead. We have tried many others but this one stands out. They focus on freshness, so the food always tastes great. They are open until 9:00 PM (customers must arrive by 8:45 PM for fresh fish). It's a hidden gem with lovely staff, generous portion sizes, and delicious fish.

Since a few months the employees here are regular, the contributors are brilliant, remember me always and happy to chat and laugh, the fish is perfectly cooked every time and when they ask for a big one they get a big. portions are brilliant, fish is before place and workers are always happy. best fishing and chips in minehead hands down.

The freshly cooked fish was slightly crispy and had a fantastic taste. The service was great and the staff were relaxing and cheerful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

That is my opinion of the best fish and chips in minehead, they go big when they think that their hunger they are not dissapointed.

Always had good food and good service. Portions are generous, and it's always been cooked well. I recommend them often..
