Ahalna Foods - West Springfield

This restaurant used to make a very good shawarma sandwiches, yesterday I stopped by with my friend to grab some beef shawarma sandwiches, and it was a very bad experience , the meat was over cooked also the color of the meat was so dark , fries seemed to be left over from the day before, even the pickles was mashed and taste nasty, hope the owner can read my comment and do some improvement.

Just bought this beef shawarma that is nothing like shawarmas I have eaten in other places. It taste as unpleasant as it look. There’s only meat in the wrap no sauce, no salad and the meat tastes funky and sour… I’m very disappointed. When I called and asked the lady said this is what they sell, when I told her this looks nothing like the picture they have on the menu, she says “we never said there’s salad in it”…

We took beef burgers, the meat pattie great and delicious, but the bread is the worst bread you can ever eat with a burger sandwich, very thick bread.I ate a burger sandwich from ahalns Foods 8 months ago, and the bread at that time was great.We did not like the sandwich this time because of bread

Very dry chicken schwarma, and the order taker couldn't follow my order. Very disappointing and can't understand why it got great reviews to begin with. I have never experienced that before).Extremely limited menu.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, especially from the woman who works there. She doesn't know how to treat customers, always displaying a bad attitude. It's hard to understand why she treats customers this way when there are so many other good and better restaurants to choose from. The woman never smiles and has no positive energy. I do not like her and will not be returning. The customer service is racist and disrespectful. My family and friends used to go there, but stopped because of the bad attitude and service. Customers are important for a business to succeed, and there are plenty of restaurants that treat their customers better. If customers stop coming, the restaurant will close. Imagine if this bad customer service was happening in a larger restaurant.
