Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

I came in today to pick up my online order. This location has let me down in the past so before driving away I checked my two sandwiches in the car. I'm so glad I did because one of my sandwiches was entirely incorrect. The bigger issue is how I was treated when coming back into the location. I wasn't greeted, I let the worker know I received someone else's sandwich. The worker didn't say a word then chucked the sandwich in the trash aggressively. The workers said a few words to each other while the sandwich was being made, other than that it was silence. When they were done they came up to me and gave me the sandwich which I replied thank you, have a good day with no response back. The food was okay, once it was correct however I will not be coming back to this location. No one and I mean no one should be treated like this. I am actually still in shock that this actually happened to me. A paying customer who simply wanted the food I paid for.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! The two employees that were working today (7/3) were some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. The food is okay, but their inability to be nice to people will have me going to one of their MANY competitors that understand that the customer pays their bills. Based on previous reviews they won't do anything but continue to let customers leave, and their earnings to decrease. Trust me when I say GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I really love Capriotti's and was so happy when they finally came to Utah. The best one in my area is the west valley location. (Herriman has gone downhill in cleanliness and quality. After 3 bad experiences we go to west valley instead We usually just grab our sandwiches and go, so I can't speak for the service, though they are always nice. But their sandwiches always taste fresh, and like they are made with care. (Meaning the ingredients taste fresh, toppings are evenly distributed and none are missing, etc... My favorite sandwiches are the bobbie and the philly cheese steak with onions and sweet peppers. So good!

Ordered a 10 Grilled Italian w extra meat, and got the sorriest excuse for a $16 sandwich ive ever seen. Didnt get any of the extras, had more lettuce than meat, and they gave me 2 packs of salt and vinegar chips instead of cole slaw. Who runs this place?

So for starters this is the best Philly sandwich that you can get, like hands down. Then, on top of all that, the staff is so friendly and helpful, literally had a smile on his face the whole time. Will be going back more often.
