Ihop - West Valley City

Came in for lunch, and sat there for 15 min without even being greeted.. I could see they were busy so I was patient, but after multiple employees walked by without an attempt to acknowledge us waiting, we decided to leave. As did multiple other customers. The sad part is we could see the food coming out of the back looking very appetizing, but unfortunately customers who leave due to lack of acknowledgment will miss out on good food, and the company loses out on good revenue and servers miss ou … – show

My family and I always come to this IHOP. Only on the days that Cody works. My son is in love with him! He is amazing!

Food was great and the service was great! Bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Excellent IHOP. Great service. Special treat-Tres Leches pancakes! Breakfast and dessert in one! Delicious, but be prepared for the sugar buzz!

Had a fantastic experience. Came in for lunch and had cody as my server! He was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly and had the absolute best attitude also very attentive. Would highly recommend asking for him as your server. Will be back to have him as my server again!
