Jim's - West Valley City

I'm sorry to have to write this, but I have to mention the host at this restaurant. She was terrible and made us feel very uncomfortable. I wish I had gotten our waiter's name because he was amazing. The restaurant really needs to replace the rude host they have. I hope a manager or supervisor contacts me. We are regular customers and this is the second time that this rude host has "helped" us.

Today, I had a positive experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, although the food was a bit lacking in flavor. Despite this, I still had a good time. In conclusion, Jim's is a recommended dining spot.

Excellent place for a family meal. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. This restaurant is very accommodating for families with children.
