Mcdonald's - West Valley City

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 a.m. for breakfast and luckily the line was not too long. However, when I placed my order, the cashier seemed to be in a bad mood and was yelling so loudly that the microphone cut out and I couldn't hear properly. When I asked them to repeat, they informed me that they were deaf. It seems like the night shift workers were still in action because the service was not up to par. I paid $11 for a muffin, fries, and a drink, but the muffin was cold in the middle. Overall, I have never had a good experience with McDonald's and find their food to be consistently unappetizing. The excessive amount of sugar in their items and watery sauces have turned me off completely. I will not be returning to McDonald's in the future.

Food is average do McDonald's standards, however, customer service is ridiculously bad. How the staff talks to you to handing you your order is terrible. Often they say they are out of something, if you ask for a manager they have it. Flat-out staff is lazy.

The staff at this restaurant is awful. I waited in my car for 20 minutes for my pickup order, only to find out that they hadn't even started it. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my online order. The place was chaotic, with workers wandering around aimlessly. There were no apologies, just a quick handoff of my food before they disappeared. This restaurant definitely needs new management.

The wait times at this restaurant are extremely long. Customers have reported waiting up to 40 minutes both inside and at the drive-thru. There is often only one person working the counter, leading to delays in service. Orders placed through the app are not started until the customer has parked, preventing them from quickly picking up their food. As a result, customers using the drive-thru often receive cold meals. Despite visiting the restaurant over a dozen times, the reviewer still experiences frequent delays with their order. They hope that the restaurant can improve their efficiency and better serve the public.

Everytime I order here, the food comes outs amazing. Every single time. I don't care what anyone says, but if you're hungry for a cheap and quick bite, go here!
